Some more pics.
On this page, you'll find some pics about the things I've mentioned at "The job" page.

The original engine.
This is a picture of the original 1.6 litre carburated engine, just before I took it out. It's still in my garage, so if anyone of you is interested...
The turbocharged engine.
On the right, you'll see the same enginebay, filled with the 75 turbocharged engine. As you can see, there's not much space left.
Coolant bottle.
Notice the 75 coolant bottle on the left. You can't use the original Alfetta bottle, because you need the space for the turbocharger.
Close-up of the turbo.
The air-mass meter is mounted at the place where originally the battery was mounted. As you can see, it's impossible to use the original airfilter of the 75 turbo. Use a bolt-on sportfilter instead.

Battery.
Mount the battery in the trunk. Be sure to fit it solid. Use good quality twisted copper cable, (you can buy it at the carshop) to bring the power towards the starter. You can lay the cable under the interiour carpet.
Distinguished muffler.
The muffler is a factory delivered Trendino sportsmuffler for an Alfa 145. There must be mufflers wich are much more easy to modify to fit this car, but it was already in my posession for some time, and I liked the sound and the looks of it.
Who's that girl?
Don't know who she is, but she reminds my of a pretty girl who owns a 2CV ...
Anyway..., it looks like she standing against my car... Please don't touch my car!
YES! My Ronal alloy wheels are arrived!
No, this is not my car.(the lady ain't mine either, but she sure is drop dead gorgeous... must be because of that wheel she's holding..)
Fitted the wheels!
Yes, finally the 15 inch Ronals are fitted, I really like these wheels.
The front tires are 195/55, and the rear tires are 205/50. If you look from this angle they don't seem to be that big, but when you're standing next to the car, or at the rear, it sure looks great.

No bumper.
I've removed the front bumper, just to check out how it looked.
I think it's looking quit good, but the huge yellow license-plate is spoiling it a bit.

Close up of the frontwheel
Looking very smooth.

Standing in the field
Very nice shot of the Alfetta standing in a field.

Side shot
Sideways taken shot of the Alfetta standing in a field.

Giulia TwinSpark & Alfetta GT Turbo
The Giulia on this picture is in excellent condition and equipped with a, slightly tuned, Alfa 75 2.0 litre TwinSpark engine. It belongs to my good friend Otto. (He is a real expert of the 105 series Alfa's)
